The DAAD-Stiftung promotes worldwide academic and artistic exchange, as well as international higher education cooperation.
Who we are
The DAAD-Stiftung was established on 5 May 1999. It is an unincorporated, independent foundation which operates under the trusteeship of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). A charter serves as the basis of the foundation. The Foundation Board is responsible for the business activities of the foundation with support from the administrative office.

The DAAD-Stiftung is committed to advancing a charitable purpose – namely, supporting worldwide academic and artistic exchange and promoting international higher education cooperation.
What you can do for the DAAD-Stiftung
As a sponsor, you can support the foundation in a number of ways. For example, you can provide a donation or set up an endowment to promote a cause that you feel strongly about. In the following, you can obtain more information on donations and endowments.
What the DAAD-Stiftung can do for you
The DAAD-Stiftung regularly organises meetings at which sponsors and their beneficiaries can meet in person. Sponsors may participate at DAAD events and receive selected DAAD publications and current information about the DAAD-Stiftung.
